An inmate was found dead in his cell at the Warren County Jail early Tuesday morning. Paul Oliver, 37, was housed in “B” Pod along with several other inmates, and had, according to all indications, gone to bed Monday night with everything appearing normal. The Morristown native was discovered deceased in his cell just before breakfast Tuesday.
