Piece of history for sale Last April I wrote about the closing of McMinnville Manufacturing in Depot Bottom. The company had been a pillar of the McMinnville business community for 112 years, owned for over 75 years by the M.T. Mullican family. Owner Jeff Mellencamp of Chattanooga who owned the business for nearly five years made the hard decision to close the plant.
