Whether it's a brick-and-mortar restaurant or a new food truck, a new place to eat in Warren County is always big news. That's what led me to the Nelo's Mexican Express food truck 352 S. Chancery St. on Thursday afternoon. I spoke to Nelo's co-owner Elias Lopez who owns the popular Nelo's Mexican Restaurant at 2822 Nashville Hwy in Newtown with his brother, Roberto Lopez. While the restaurant is coming up on four years in business and has established a loyal customer base, Elias thought now was the right time to expand the restaurant's offerings and open a food truck, Nelo's Mexican Express.
