While catching up on shopping in this 90-degree weather, I wanted something different for lunch.
I visited Nana’s Kountry Kupboard over near Papa John’s and I felt like Thanksgiving had come early. On her menu, for Wednesday she had listed turkey and dressing with two veggies, roll, and iced tea for $6. I found out that she has this choice of menu items every Wednesday along with other lunch specials.
The helpful waitress with a smile (Elizabeth) took my order. When she delivered the plate I received turkey and dressing with giblet gravy on the dressing, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green beans, roll and a large glass of sweet tea with lemon. I even received butter, cranberry sauce, and free refills of iced tea.
I was in heaven it was sooo good. The service was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, and the price couldn’t be better.
I would also have to say that Nana’s turkey dinner meal on Wednesdays is one of the Best Kept Secrets in Warren County.
