Mr. Arland Wayne Whitlock, 83, of Lenoir City, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025. He is survived by his wife of six years, Debra Whitlock; son, Steve Whitlock (Bingshang); daughters, Beth Eno, Dorothy Rader (Jamie) and Dawn Taylor (John); grandchildren, Dani Randall (Jordan), Alex, Kyle and Luke Whitlock, Benjamin and Aubrey Taylor; and brother, Eugene Whitlock (Anita).
