Mrs. Betty Jo Jordan, age 92, of McMinnville, died Friday, March 21, 2025, at N.H.C. of McMinnville. She was born Feb. 24, 1933, in Warren County, retired as a shoe inspector with the former Genesco plant, and was a member of Christ Chapel. Mrs. Jordan was preceded in death by parents Dexter Lee “D.L.” and Mary Hannah Adcock Neal, first husband Robert Gomer Robinson, second husband Magness Jordan, grandson Matthew Robinson, sisters Melba Young and Charlene Smith, son-in-law Donald Hitchcock, step-son Michael Jordan, step daughter-in-law Marlene Jordan, and brothers-in-law Carlos Smith, Bob Steele, and Marvin Kell.

Survivors include her children Robbie (John) Mitchell, and Bobby (Paulette) Robinson, step-children Ann (Joe) Grissom, Lee (Diane) Jordan, and Ralph Jordan, sisters Thelma Kell and Barbara Steele, grandson Donnie (Traci) Hitchcock, step-grandchildren Kristen (David) Lottman, Holly Mitchell, and James T. (Erika) Mitchell, great-grandchild Alexis Pigott, Step great grandchildren Reese Lottman, Rebecca Lottman, and Zoe Mitchell.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, 27, 2025, in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Ricky Lee will officiate. Interment will follow at Centertown Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home.
