McMinnville resident and Warren County native Billy Forrest Bailey, 82, was born May 2, 1929 and died Feb. 27 at NHC Healthcare McMinnville following an extended illness. A retired manager with Warren County Freight Line, retired employee of Scot Market, United States Army veteran of Korea, and member of Westwood Church of Christ, he was the son of the late William S. and Stella Bratcher Bailey.He was married Sept. 23, 1957 to Lois Starkey Bailey, who preceded him in death Aug. 25, 2009. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Barry Bailey and sister, Mildred Mathis.
