McMinnville resident and New Castle, Ind. native Carla Joann Bouldin Cope, 56, was born Aug. 27, 1968 and died Aug. 30, 2024 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation. She was a homemaker, attended Spirit of Life and Hope Church and was the daughter of the late Carl and Josie Turner Bouldin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Kathy Laws and father-in-law, Billy Joe Cope.
