Morrison resident and Chattanooga native Deborah Louise Baker, 72, was born Jan. 20, 1952 and died Jan. 19, 2025 at St. Thomas West in Nashville following a sudden illness. A retired employee of PCA and of the Christian faith, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm Ivan and Willie Louise Bettis Garrett. She was married to Oscar Lavern Baker on July 20, 1968 who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brother, Malcolm Ivan Bettis, Jr.
