McMinnville resident and Warren County native Debra Lois Tate, 63, was born June 22, 1961 and died Jan. 28, 2025 at her sons residence following a brief illness.
A homemaker, crafter, co-owner of B.E.T. Auto and Truck Repair and a member of North Hills Church of God of Prophecy, she was the daughter of the late Bill Eugene and Helen Grissom Lance. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Bo Lance; two children and brother-in-law, Jerry Blum.
