McMinnville resident and Lynwood, Calif. native Donny Webb, 63, was born April 1, 1961 and died Oct. 16, 2024 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville following an extended illness. Former operations manager with St. Jude Medical and a member of Shepherd of the Hills, he was the son of Ellen Ann Cohen of Mission Viejo, Calif. and the late Donald Cleo Webb.
