Mrs. Elaine Lake, 69, of McMinnville, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at her residence. She was born June 18, 1954, in San Jose, Calif., formerly worked as a dispensing optometrist, worked in training service dogs, was a member of Cookeville Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was involved in all church activities including the children’s ministry.
