Mr. James “Jim” Harold Peden, Jr., 73, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024 at his residence in Chattanooga. He was born on May 15, 1951 in McMinnville, graduated McMinnville Central High School in 1969, was a graduate of MTSU and earned his Masters Degree from Vanderbilt University. Jim was the Chief Operating Officer of KODA Enterprises Group. He greatly enjoyed playing tennis, was passionate about music – both singing and guitar playing, and was at peace when fishing at the pond.
