Mr. John Ransom Jones, 90, of McMinnville, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2025, at NHC Health Care in McMinnville. He was born Dec. 11, 1934, in McMinnville, was a retired material handler with the Oster Corporation, preacher of the Gospel, veteran of the US Army, and member of Pearls of Christ Church. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by parents, Wesley Brown and Maudie Earlene Jaco Jones; son, Ransom Jones; and sisters, Billie Marie Weddington and Ruth Lee Patterson.
