Hixson resident and Warren County native Mildred J. Rigsby, 79, was born Jan. 14, 1945 and died Nov. 29, 2024 at her residence following a short illness. A retired employee of Kroger and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Lula Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Robert Harris.
