Robert Christopher Wellman, age 55, went to be with the Good Lord on April 8, 2025. He was born on July 23, 1969, in Murfreesboro to his parents. Robert is proceeded in death by his stepfather Ernie “Hoss” Nunley and his sister Carol Dannette Ashburn.

He is survived by two sons, Christopher Ryan Wellman and Joshua Tyler Wellman, his mother Hattie Nunley, and 5 beloved grandchildren that he cherished dearly. Separated from his wife Tracey Wellman, Robert lived with his mother Hattie Nunley in Pelham.

He was a cherished individual known for his kind, loving, caring, and humorous personality. Robert lived a life filled with a tremendous passion for creativity, and with this was a very artistic tattoo artist by trade. He made sure to pass on as much knowledge as he could to his sons and grandchildren so that they could handle anything that comes their way. Robert also enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and above all spending time with his sons and grandchildren. Robert will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He made many wonderful memories with his loved ones that will continue to live on through those who loved him.
