Thomas Owen (T.O.) Bratcher II, 71, of McMinnville died Oct. 16. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Owen Bratcher and Nina Passons Bratcher. Mr. Bratcher was a veteran of The United States Marine Corp.He is survived by wife, Polly Delaney Bratcher; son, Thomas (Ynes) Owen Bratcher III; daughter, Angela (Robert) Bess; grandchildren, Ber Bess and Thomas Owen Bratcher IV; brother Chanse Bratcher; sister Bonita Mangrum; aunt Elizabeth Miller of California; nephews Rusty and Tim Mangrum; nieces Hilary Davenport and Becky Glover; and many cousins and friends.A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Blues Hill Cemetery in Warren County.
