Jarvis won. I lost. Democracy works. In the Warren County general election Aug. 1, Jarvis Johnson won the Second District school board seat where I had been privileged to serve for 16 years. I congratulate Mr. Johnson and sincerely wish him great success as our district’s representative on the school system’s policy-making board.
