Did you hear of any unique gift ideas this Christmas? The best one for me was a gift for my own mother who is 96 years young, as the old TV host Willard Scott, would say. My mom, who has failing eyesight, is very difficult to find a gift for which she does not already have. However, my brother discovered a great gift of a “talking scale” which has audio as well as screen results. Well, she loved it. There went my favorite son status.
