Preseason 7-8 grade tourney ready for tip-off

Cason Shadrick and the Eagles finished 1-2 over the weekend in the VBC Thanksgiving tournament. Van Buren County topped the UC Rams before falling in close battles with Livingston Academy and Clarkrange.
While the 4-6 grade elementary basketball season nears its end, the local 7-8 grade teams are chomping at the bit to get started. They'll finally get their chance Monday.
