A 39-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Tamara Pleasant was ordered to serve 70 days for criminal impersonation and failure to appear in court. She must also serve the balance of her former sentence for violation of probation.• Brian Dedmon was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $75 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Scott Miller was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Tache Romas was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay restitution, perform 24 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Justin Jennings was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for theft, failure to appear in court and driving on a suspended license.• Clyde Judkins must pay $60 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Christopher Hodgeman must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Guadalupe Miller must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Julie Studdard must serve the balance of her former sentence plus 10 days for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Terry Tompkins must serve 30 days for violation of probation.

A trio of local men appeared in court Tuesday morning after being arrested in a drug raid Friday afternoon. Tyson Locke, 23, Toby Meeks, 25, and Curtis Crumb Jr., 39, were all facing multiple charges and were scheduled to appear before General Sessions Judge Ryan J. Moore, stemming from a raid on a house at 106 Beta St., which is part of the McMinnville Housing Authority, Friday just before 4:30 p.m.
