On Tuesday, June 27, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen voted to adopt, ratify and confirm a retainer agreement with Napoli Shkolnik, a firm that practices environmental litigation. This agreement will be regarding a lawsuit related to a class of toxic chemicals known as PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances).
