Using the front yard to cool off came a little too late for a local man accused of domestic assault over the weekend. Jonathan Dallas Devaney, 31, was arrested Sunday night, Oct. 20, and charged with one count of domestic assault after Deputy Eli Butler of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office reportedly responded to a call to Beck Ln. and found the defendant lying in the front yard.
