Driver arrested following wreck

Jason Kent Baker was arrested on multiple charges Monday following a head-on collision between his Lexus IS2 and a Ford F-150 driven by Bobby Perry. Perry had to be extricated from his vehicle and later airlifted to Erlanger Hospital.
A head-on collision Monday afternoon shut down a portion of Old Nashville Hwy. for hours, and resulted in multiple charges for one of the drivers involved. Jason Kent Baker, 47, was booked into the Warren County Jail after being transported to Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital following the crash, and is currently being held under a total bond of $270,000. According to his booking information, he is charged with driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, attempted vehicular homicide, aggravated assault, two counts of vandalism and attempted homicide.
