Friday marked a sad day in Warren County history, as the Milner family spent its last day as owners and operators of the local Dr Pepper bottling company and many employees prepared to retire or be let go by the new owners. The Milner family has owned and operated Middle Tennessee Dr Pepper Bottling Company for over 59 years, beginning when Hazel and Truman Milner purchased the company in 1965. During their time in the community, Doug Milner and his parents created a lasting legacy of generosity and kindness.
