The season of fresh produce has officially arrived.

Tomorrow, April 5, the Warren County Farmers Market will make its return. The market begins on the first Saturday of April and extends all the way to November. From 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., visitors will be able to browse through plants, baked and canned goods and even fresh, local-farmed meat.

This year’s season is set to kick off with a yard sale in addition to the general fare found at the farmers market.

The market is held each Saturday of the month from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. unless otherwise scheduled and hosts several themed days throughout the season, such as strawberry and corn days. Warren County Farmers Market is located in the pavilion near the water tower in Downtown McMinnville.

Market Manager Chrissy Allen can be reached at (931) 259-0727 for all sales inquiries.
