Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Jonathan McCullough was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting and domestic assault. He was told to stay out of the Dollar Store and have no contact with the victim.

Alyssa Morrison was ordered to serve five days for violation of probation, but was allowed to keep her judicial diversion.

Christopher Scott Christian was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Suzie Gragg was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault, resisting arrest and assault. She was ordered to undergo an alcohol and drug evaluation and a mental exam.

Scotty Randall Hendrixson was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Kellie A. Hennessee was ordered to serve 60 days for violation of probation.

Dori Keith was ordered to serve 60 days for possession of meth, but can be furloughed after serving the first 30 days.

Florence Kurtz was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of a Schedule III drug, possession of meth, and violation of probation.

Jeremy Shane Lance was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Brandon Lee Roach had probation revoked for violation of probation.

Johnny Smith was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. He was given the option to report to jail or rehab.
