A Criminal Court docket was heard by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court Tuesday. Included in Tuesday’s action: • Stephen Babich pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, ordered to pay a $75 fine to the economic crime fund, banned from the victim’s premises, and assessed court costs. He also pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation and was sentenced to six months to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run consecutively.
