Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in General Sessions Court.

John C. Elrod was ordered to serve 90 days for possession of meth.

Shelton Sidney Jordan was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for assault and vandalism up to $1,000. He was ordered to stay away from the victim and have a mental health exam.

Noah Judkins was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. He can be furloughed to rehab.

Jenna Underwood was ordered to serve 48 hours and have her driver’s license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI and reckless endangerment.

Paul E. Knight Jr. was ordered to serve 240 days for misdemeanor escape, possession of meth and simple possession.

Roxanna Landis was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for violating an order of protection, domestic assault, and violation of probation. She was ordered to stay away from the victim and undergo a mental health exam.

Dillon Ray Mooneyham was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault and violation of probation. He was ordered to stay away from the victim and undergo a mental health exam.

Ashley N. Nickens was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for aggravated criminal trespass and shoplifting. She was ordered to make $9.88 restitution to Walmart and ordered to stay away from the store.

Deborah Elaine Smithson was ordered to serve 150 days for violation of probation.

Ashton C. Davis had probation revoked for violation of probation but can be furloughed to rehab.

Brittani Allison Ivie was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth. She can go to rehab instead of jail.

Jo-Rene Tovar was given 60 days on house arrest for shoplifting and criminal trespass.
