Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

James Lee Pedigo was ordered to serve 40 days for theft up to $1,000 and violation of probation.

Dominique Desean Cox was ordered to serve 180 days for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Michael Dalton was ordered to serve 60 days for domestic assault and violation of probation. He is to have no contact with the victims and undergo a mental health exam.

Christopher Thomas Jones was ordered to serve 30 days for domestic assault.

Jacob Ryan Linder was ordered to serve 90 days for possession of meth, child abuse/ neglect/ endangerment, and violation of probation.

Billy Clarence Martin was ordered to serve 60 days for domestic assault and violation of probation.

Cody Ray Parsley was ordered to serve 180 days for unlawful possession of a weapon and violation of probation.

Arlin W. Pinkard Jr. was ordered to serve 40 days for violating an order of protection, violation of conditional release and violation of probation. He was ordered to undergo a mental health exam.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were:

• Forest D. Egerton, 120 days

• Joshua Brandon Graham, 60 days

• David Matthew Scott, revoked to serve.
