Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.

Stephanie Allen was ordered to serve 10 days and told to stay off the property for criminal trespass.

Ryan Matthew Holt was ordered to serve 15 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo a mental health evaluation for domestic assault.

Bobby Lee Anderson was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth.

Ashley L. Broadrick was ordered to serve 75 days for possession of meth and violation of probation.

Joshua Cantrell was ordered to serve 120 days for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license, failure to appear, and violation of probation.

Arielle Kay Smith was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth but the jail time can be furloughed. A judicial diversion was granted, meaning the charge can be erased if probation is successfully completed.

Deborah Elaine Smithson was ordered to serve 120 days for permitting or facilitating escape.

Ricky Thatch was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth, evading arrest, simple possession and violation of probation.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were:

• Heather R. Anderson, serve balance

• Fredrick Joseph Plazza, 120 days

•James Riley Priest, 60 days

• Michael F. Teachout, 120 days

• Freddy Eugene Wright, 60 days
