Traffic trial and arraignment dockets were heard on Thursday by Judge Ryan J. Moore in General Sessions Court.

Thursday’s action:
• Timothy D. Delong pled guilty to four counts of driving on a revoked license and was sentenced to a total of 16 days in jail, one court costs and a total fine in the amount of $200. He was also sentenced to 20 days in jail on two failures to appear, plus the court costs on each. He also pled guilty to evading arrest on foot and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. These sentences run consecutively. In another case, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing and bound the following charges over to the grand jury: driving on a revoked license second or subsequent offense, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and criminal impersonation.
• Anthony Quinn Dishman pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $250 fine, plus court costs.
• Kenneth Dodd pleaded guilty to simple possession of a schedule VI substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days on supervised probation, $250 fine, plus court costs.
• Eddy D. Farris pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was assessed a $50 fine, plus court costs.
• A failure to appear was issued against Bryan Lee Hildreth. He is charged with driving on a suspended license second or subsequent offense. A bond was set at $4,000.
• Johnathan Wyatt Jones pleaded guilty to possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation, $150 fine, plus court costs.
• Anthony Lewis pleaded guilty to DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• Alfredo Morales was sentenced to 10 days in jail for a failure to appear.
• Nashir J. Morris pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license second or subsequent offense and was sentenced to 14 days in jail, $50 fine, plus court costs. He also pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Eric Reynolds pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and was assessed a $30 fine. He also pleaded guilty to a driver’s license residency requirement violation and was assessed a $10 fine.
• Robert Sumpter Rigney pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• A failure to appear against Amber Elizabeth Siemen was issued. She is charged with driving on a revoked license as a result of a DUI conviction and light law violation. Her bond is set at $4,000.
• A failure to appear was issued against Sain Allen Smith and a bond was set at $4,000. He is charged with driving on a suspended license and registration violation.
• Benjamin T. Taylor pleaded guilty to a DUI second offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 45 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $600 fine, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for two years.
• Kevin Wimley pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve 30 days in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $750 fine, plus court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment.
• Tammy Renee Bradley pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year.
• Jose Mejia pleaded guilty to driving without a license and was assessed a $10 fine, plus court costs.
• Callie Page Smith pleaded guilty to a DUI first offense and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days to serve 48 hours in jail, the balance on supervised probation, $350 fine, alcohol safety education class, victim impact panel, 24 hours of community service, court costs, alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommended treatment, and loss of driving privileges for one year. She also pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation, $50 fine, plus court costs. These sentences run concurrently. She also pleaded guilty to a seatbelt violation and was assessed a $30 fine.
