Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Tuesday in General Sessions Court.


Teresa Darlene Merriman was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for shoplifting. She was banned from Walmart.


Osmar Reyes Aguilar was given the 90-day Second Chance Program and ordered to attend anger management for domestic assault.


Casey Lynn Bonnier was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution of $265 for shoplifting and was banned from Walmart.


Robert Broadway was ordered to serve 10 days for criminal trespass and violation of conditional release.


Amanda Lynnette Driver was released on time served, ordered to make $15 restitution, and given 11-29 probation for shoplifting. She was ordered to stay away from Dollar General stores.


William David Eversole II was ordered to serve five days and make $548 restitution for shoplifting and ordered to stay out of Walmart.


Kerrie Elyse Green was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession. The option was given to report to rehab or jail.


Christopher Doyle Leverett was ordered to serve 35 days for criminal trespass and violation of probation.


David Demtrius Savage was ordered to serve 75 days for possession of meth and violation of probation.


Amanda Renee Muncey Trisler was ordered to serve 30 days for criminal impersonation.


Charles A. Turner was ordered to serve 120 days for violating an order of protection.
