A McMinnville resident was charged with 15 counts of criminal trespassing.

George Andrew Pisani, 27, was arrested on Jan. 24, 2020, after Walmart security A.P.A.V. Baker reportedly saw him in the automotive department after he had been banned. According to Baker, “Pisani was banned from all Walmart stores on Oct. 26, 2019.”

Baker then reportedly approached Pisani and asked why he was there. He allegedly responded that he had to be at Walmart. According to Baker, “Mr. Pisani paid for the items and left the store through the automotive exit.”

Pisani was arrested again July 20 after Baker was reportedly made aware of his presence in the store. According to Baker, “A check of video and card use confirmed that Mr. Pisani was trespassing.” The 15th trespassing charge came after he allegedly made another trip to Walmart after his most recent arrest on July 27.

A call to Walmart by the Southern Standard was unsuccessful in obtaining more information on the original ban.
