A local man charged with multiple accounts of assault during an alcohol-fueled rage entered a plea agreement in Circuit Court Wednesday morning. Kurtis Michael Grubbs, 62, received a combined sentence of five years in Tennessee Department of Corrections custody, and was ordered to serve 200 days in jail before finishing the balance of his sentence on supervised probation.
