A high-speed chase in pursuit of an alleged drunk driver reached triple-digit speeds before coming to an end in Van Buren County Wednesday night. Brian Lee Hale, 38, of Rock Island was ultimately taken into custody at the conclusion of the chase and faces multiple charges including DUI, evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
