Fresh on the heels of what would have been Dottie West's 92nd birthday on Oct. 11, and occurring on the 85th anniversary of the opening of the Park Theater, the second annual Celebration of Dottie West is coming to the historic theater this Friday. The Park Theater, which originally opened Oct. 18, 1939, kicks off its second season of Signature Series shows with a tribute to McMinnville native Dottie West, a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Signature Series is a set of shows produced by the Park Theater and supported by local sponsors.
