A suspect died in the Warren County Jail Tuesday night, hours before he was scheduled to appear in Circuit Court. Warren County Sheriff Jackie D. Matheny, Jr., confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that Cody Lee Bell, 25, was found unresponsive in his bed Tuesday night at approximately 10 p.m., and later pronounced dead at Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital.
