For 5,592 days, the Mooneyham family waited for justice. Wednesday, in Warren County’s Circuit courtroom, their wait came to an end. Marty Lynn Judd, 56, will serve the next 24 years of his life behind bars after being sentenced Wednesday afternoon for the 2009 murder of Rebecca Mooneyham, who was shot through the living room window of her home on Lawson Mill Rd. Aug. 28, 2009.
