Now is your chance to voice your opinion on a prospective facelift of the Jungle Jym and construction of a splash pad. The city recently held a survey from June 25 to July 31 in an effort to narrow its scope for upcoming grant applications using input from the public. Options included Hobbs Park upgrades, Jungle Jym renovation, land acquisition for the greenway, expansion of Pistole Park and a splash pad. The public was asked to choose two options and, with 1,812 responses, 699 voted for a splash pad and 627 cast their support behind a renovation of the Jungle Jym.
