A local woman awoke to find herself in a disturbing situation on Thanksgiving Day, resulting in a felony charge against her boyfriend’s brother. Joseph A. Lance, 28, of McMinnville was charged with one count of sexual battery, stemming from a situation involving his brother’s girlfriend on Thanksgiving.
