Warren County High School student Victor McBride has been awarded a Foundation for Rural Service Scholarship (FRS) by Ben Lomand Connect. Founded in 1994, FRS is the philanthropic arm of the NTCA - The Rural Broadband Association, of which Ben Lomand Connect is a member. “We are proud to present a $2,500 check to Victor on behalf of the Foundation for Rural Service,” Ben Lomand CEO Greg Smartt says. “It’s such an honor to be selected for the FRS scholarship, and we are very happy that someone with Victor’s work ethic and desire to serve was chosen for this scholarship.”
