England starts propane drive for Hurricane Helene victims

Photos provided Warren County Commissioner Randy England, along with his neighbor Anthony Tittsworth, delivered their first load of propane to Waynesville, N.C. to help people displaced by Hurricane Helene earlier this month. England is collecting more propane donations and plans to continue making trips to North Carolina to help hurricane victims throughout the winter.
A Warren County commissioner has started a charity drive to continue to offer assistance to our displaced neighbors to the east.
