Powered By Her, a regional female founder initiative is set to host a lunch & learn at The Biz Foundry on Wednesday, Mar 27, 2024 at 12 p.m. This will be the second lunch hosted in Warren County, with last year’s panel with Ashley Wright, Cydney Langford and Amanda Woodlee.
“With the success we saw last year, we wanted to host another event for the women in Warren County,” said Powered By Her founder, Tiffany Anton, “I see how women coming together for inspiration and community can be really motivating and impactful.”
Powered By Her started five years ago as a program run by The Biz Foundry. The program intends to join female founders together so that they know they are not alone. Anton stated “Entrepreneurs can feel so alone and often women can struggle with knowing they are on the right path when they feel like they are on an island. Powered By Her strives to connect women in the Upper Cumberland through events and podcasts.”
Lunch will be free thanks to First National Bank of Middle Tennessee. It will take place at the Biz Foundry in downtown McMinnville at 118 South Court Square.
The Biz Foundry and Powered By Her at a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that provided free and low-cost resources to the Upper Cumberland. The coworking space opened in Warren County in 2020 and has a thriving community of coworking members.
