New and upcoming legislation was discussed during the Warren County School Board meeting on Thursday. Dr. Grant Swallows, director of schools, addressed some potential changes in school policies, regarding bills still being heard at the State Capitol including the Third-grade Retention Bill and a new open enrollment bill.
