A Winchester woman faces multiple charges after being stopped near Angels Bridge just before Christmas. Azayla Makiri Passion Martin, 21, was taken into custody on the night of Dec. 23, with charges of reckless endangerment, evading arrest, child endangerment and driving on a suspended license.
