Tennessee is living up to its reputation as the Volunteer State as many groups, businesses and religious organizations are working to help relieve the suffering of Hurricane Helene victims in northeast Tennessee and beyond. Remnants of Helene passed through Tennessee on Sept. 27 causing floods and severe damage to many areas.
