McMinnville officials may have to re-bid the city’s paving contract if work is not complete in the next 60 days. A change in contractors has put a halt to paving. Officials contracted with APAC-Harrison in 2011 to begin a street paving project on 51 streets within the city after more than 10 years of only patching.
