A teen and a 20-year-old have been charged with the murder of a Beersheba Street resident whose body was discovered Tuesday morning. In custody at Warren County jail are Tyler Allen Jones, 19, of 138 Indian Springs Circle in Manchester, and Nicholas Danielle McGee, 20, of 121 Silver Street in Tullahoma. Both are charged with homicide in the death of Osbaldo Luna, 43.
